• Issue Resolution: Any issues related to the order must be addressed through our support channels, including chat, email, or phone. No customer support will be provided at the pickup location.

• Pickup Location Policy: The Bristol location serves solely as a pickup point. Staff at the location will not assist with inquiries, modifications, or order-related concerns.

• Cancellation & Refunds: Pickup orders are subject to the same cancellation and refund policies as stated on our website. Please review these policies before placing an order.
