Which payment options do you provide while placing the order?
We provide the payment options like Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Credit/Debit cards to place the order.
After placing my order, is it possible to modify/change the shipping address of the order?
No. You cannot edit or change the shipping address of the order once it is placed.
Is there anything else that I need to pay to get my product? No. In the UK and also the majority of EU countries, all the fees like Customs duty, VAT, and/or additional costs, are included in the final purchase price mentioned on the website. There are no hidden costs or anything else that needs to be paid at the time of receiving the product.
Where can I register a loss of shipment complaint?
We use Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx & UPS as our main shipping partners.
In the event of loss of shipment, we request our customers to contact the shipping partner used for their lost parcel inquiry. Customers can also contact us and we will communicate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.

How long does it take to get a refund after the request is placed?
We process the refunds within two business days. The amount gets credited to the account within ten business days.
What is your returns policy?
As per the UK consumer policy, we do accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product is unopened and is in a sealed package.
Are you an authorized reseller of all the listed products?
No. We are not an authorised reseller of the listed products. Our website sells Parallel imported products that are 100% original. Except for the warranty, there is no difference in the product if brought from us or an
authorized reseller.
What exactly is a parallel-imported product?
Parallel Imported product is not an illegal item, it is not factory seconds or demo items. It is also not of lower or inferior quality. In fact, practically every comparable imported product is identical to its UK-warranted equivalent. These items are made in the same factories, with the same components and sub-assemblies, to the same specifications and tolerances, and by the same workforce as their UK-warranted equivalents.
Will my product be delivered in the original sealed package?
Yes. All the products are delivered in their original sealed packaging and with the same package contents as provided by the manufacturer.
What is the warranty period for my product?
The product is covered with a warranty from GearClix and not the manufacturer.
Camera and lenses both are covered with a 3-year of warranty. There is no warranty on the accessories.
Where do you repair an item under the warranty?
The product will be repaired in the UK itself in an authorised service/repair centre of the manufacturer.
How do I know if the product I ordered is in stock or not?
We update our website regularly with the stock related information. If any product is marked as ‘Out of Stock’ on our website, it means that we do not have that product available with us.
If I receive an item which is either damaged/broken or with missing contents, what can I do?
Please do not worry in any such case. We are here to help you. You can directly contact our customer support immediately and attach the photo/video proof of the complaint to get a resolution as quickly as possible.
I have not kept the original manufacturer’s packaging to return the product. How do I return it then?
According to our Returns Policy, the product that has to be returned must be in unused condition, in its original unaltered box (with an intact UPC number) with all the packing materials, packaging contents, manuals, and accessories. We will not accept returns of any item without the physical inspection of the returned product.
Do I need special packaging to return my order?
To avoid any damage while returning your product to GearClix, please pack the item in an appropriate shipping container. We strictly recommend to use the original manufacturer's packaging first. Make sure you do not apply the return shipping label provided by GearClix to the original packaging to avoid any kind of disputes.
Can I Pick-up my order?
We do not offer a pick-up option currently. We accept the orders online through our website and deliver the ordered product to your doorstep.
When can I get a refund for my order once I the product is returned?
Refund will be initiated once the product is reached at our warehouse and checked by our team. If our warehouse team finds anything which doesn't match with our returns policy, then our customer support team will contact you for further details on your order refund.
How long does it takes to ship the product? What is the delivery time?
We process orders under standard shipment service via Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx & UPS. The order will be delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on the location. All the orders go through our evaluation procedure to prevent online frauds. In some cases, the evaluation procedure might take up to 5 business days as well. In such instance, the order will only be dispatched after the final approval from the evaluation team.
Can I get a VAT Invoice for my purchase?
We have already applied for a VAT number. Our VAT application is under processing therefore we will be able to provide a VAT invoice once we have a VAT number for our business.

We ship our products from Croydon, UK.
Where do you buy the products from?
We source our products from the Asian Pacific market.
Can I have the PO first to place the order?
It is not possible to issue a PO first, before the order is received on our website. Also, the purchase invoice will be sent via an automated email once the order is shipped.
What is the difference between a UK version of the product and the International version of the product?
There is no major difference between the versions. The International version is not country specific. Please be assured that the product will work fine in the UK.
Can I register the product with the manufacturer?
You can try to register with manufacturer by using serial number but we don’t guarantee.
Are the cameras multilingual?
The cameras are multilingual. Sony cameras will not support the Chinese language.
Can I transfer the warranty of the product, if I sell the product to someone else?
Warranty is transferrable but before customer sell the product to someone else, customer needs to inform first to Gearclix
Are you a registered company in the UK?
We are a registered company in the UK.
Do you have a physical store? Can I come and purchase the product after inspection?
We sell our products online only. We do not have a physical store where you can walk in and purchase the product.
