All products sold by GearClix come with a GearClix’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period generally begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the following duration:

Camera, Camcorder and Lens: 3 years

Accessories (tripods, bags, etc.): No Return, No Warranty

 

3. What is Covered

The warranty covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship.

Malfunctions that occur under normal use.

 

4. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, water and sand damage.

Damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.

 

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

6. Confirmation on Repair

7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty claims. However, if the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.
